This is an excellent home retreat that is perfect for family getaways, romantic evening or weekends. Meetings, reunions, weddings, birthdays, holidays. This home is 1465 sq. ft. on the first floor and 500 sq.ft on the second floor which is an open loft with a beautiful view of the woods. It also offers an enclosed Hot Tub
(seasonal), fireplace, and wrap around deck.
It has it's private path for long
walks in the woods and is located within walking distance to Lake Kegonsa.
There is a wonderful beach for swimming offered across the street at
Kegonsa State Park .
This home features central air condition, humidifier, Aprilair and is rented all year round.
- We supply clean linens and towels. You must bring all kitchen condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, spices ect.
- We supply your first roll of paper toweling and
4 rolls of t-p for larger parties and longer stays we ask that you
plan accordingly..
- There is no smoking inside "no exceptions".
- There will be a extra charge for any and all pets
of $20.00 per day per dog. ONLY small to medium sized pets allowed. (Under
40lbs). You MUST bring your own kennel. You are responsible for any damages resulting from pet activities and a waiver must be signed at check in.
- No More than 6-8 people for over night stays
without prior permission. This is a fire code regulation as this home is currently residentially zoned.

Enjoy and Relax in our 6 person Coleman hot tub enclosed by a teak (redwood) for your privacy and is located within 5' off the master bedroom.
Hot Tub is closed from Dec. till April due to freezing
temp. and it being a self contained unit.

Great Room
This is a very warm and cozy room with two futons
that open into two queen size bed ,48" TV. with cable,
DVD, VHS, stereo and CD player. We also offer a stone fireplace, plants and
native American , cathedral ceilings.
Fireplace
This fireplace is wrapped with stone 28 ft high. and
offers a blower with beautiful log mantel with a stone
hearth to dry your socks or simply warm up your feet
during those freezing cold winters.
