Photos don't do this place justice! It's like a mini resort! The grounds are very well maintained, it's beautiful to walk around, and they have pool toys and lounge chairs around the pool. The units are spacious, well lit, and stocked with cookware, towels, etc. The wi-fi works great and they've got cable TV. The place is also just a couple blocks from a park, and a trail that goes along the water to Easton Beach. This is THE place to stay in in Newport!

We had an amazing time! The house is very relaxing and has everything you need! The beds were super comfortable...with extra pillows and freshly cleaned extra blankets! It is really great having the pool and tennis courts right there. For those non beach days..there is more than enough to keep everyone busy! Lori and Aryn respond right away if you need anything or have a question. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back for sure!

The Hawk’s Nest is even more beautiful and clean than the photos suggest. It’s close to the beaches and activities of Newport. The pool is lovely, the neighbors friendly, the hosts extremely responsive. All four of us feel lucky to have found it, and hope to stay there again sometime!

Lori and Aryn are wonderful hosts! They are incredibly responsive and quick to address any minor issues. For example, the water heater blew out overnight and they had an electrician in the unit by the next morning - on a weekend no less - to fix it! The unit was very clean and situated in a serene cul de sac by a pond. 5 minute drive into downtown Newport or a 30-35 minute brisk walk. My wife, baby and I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again!

We ended up staying at Lori and Aryn's for a week longer than expected - the condo is beautiful. Clean, great appliances, the bathrooms are brilliant. The access to the pool and tennis courts is also a great bonus, with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. This past week, we had the extreme pleasure of staying at Lori and Aryn's Hawks Nest Resort Waterfront Paradise in Newport RI. The incredible airbnb photos of the property were only surpassed by actually standing on our private deck and taking in the beautiful grounds, swimming pool, tennis court and water view! Lori and Aryn were consummate hosts, very responsive, and ensured our stay exceeded expectations. The condo is impeccably maintained, is newly updated with high-end appointments, and has wonderful amenities (wifi, cable TV, fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill).
